Frame Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a multiple-dwelling building, having five storeys on this site, consisting of:
- A total of 40 Secured Market Rental units
- A proposed FSR of 2.38 (2,779 m²)
- A proposed height of 16.8 m (55 ft.)
- One level of underground parking, providing 21 parking spaces having vehicular access from 17th Avenue
Under the site’s proposed RR-2B zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
