- A total proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.85 for the site (approximately 4.000 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of:

- Total of one parking space having access from the rear lane
Under the site’s existing RM-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
