Architelier Architecture & Real Estate Consulting Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

• A change of use from Office to Fitness Centre – Class 2 use with ancillary Restaurant – Class 2 in the existing mixed-use building on this site
• A total floor area of approximately 16,608 sq. ft.
• Proposed hours of operation:
  • Monday to Friday 7AM – 11PM

Under the site’s existing CD-1(591) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
