The Director of Planning approved the application on May 9, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
DLP Designs has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A six-storey, Health Care Office building, consisting of:
- A proposed height of approximately 20 m (67 ft.)
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of approximately 4.8 (14,604 sq.ft./1,357 m²)
- One Class A loading space at grade
Under the site’s existing HA-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
