  • Overall building height of approximately

    • 10.6 m (34.8 ft.) for rear townhouse
  • One level of underground parking (approximately 21 resident and 4 visitor stalls) having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s proposed RR-2B rezoning to be approved by Council, this application is “conditional” so it may be permitted, pending review and decision by the Director of Planning.
