LQ Design Group Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

  • An attached garage providing two parking spaces having vehicular access from West 36th Avenue

Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

Review of design guidelines applicable to one and two family dwellings in this district has been streamlined, as per the Council report of June 8, 2021, as a temporary measure for one year. On June 7, 2022, Council extended the streamlined review process for an additional two years.
