The Director of Planning approved the application on October 28, 2022, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Marcon Development Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop an 18-storey residential tower on a four-storey residential podium, containing 211 rental units.

The proposal includes the following:

  • Height of 61.26 m (102 ft.)
  • Total FSR of 6.72
  • Three levels of underground parking with vehicular access from the rear lane

This proposal is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 rezoning, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
