Cornerstone Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A six-storey, mixed-use residential building that includes a commercial retail unit on the 1st storey and 16 secured market rental dwelling units on the 2nd to 5th storeys, and amenity space on the 6th storey
  • Total height of approximately 21.26 m (69.75 ft.)
  • Total Floor Space Ratio: 3.5 (approximately 11,898.14 sq. ft.)
  • Three surface parking at rear, accessed off the lane

Under the site’s existing C-2C1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
