The Director of Planning approved the application on July 29, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Integra Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop four(4) three-storey multiple dwelling buildings consisting of 34 units with:
- A proposed FSR of 1.44 (32,878 sq. ft. / 3,054 m²)
- A proposed maximum height of 40 ft. (12.2 m)
- One level of underground parking with vehicular access from the lane east of Nanaimo Street
Under the site’s existing RM-12N zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
