The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on April 18, 2023.
Ted Murray Architect Inc. has applied too the City of Vancouver for permission to add a Small Scale Pharmacy on the 2nd storey, as an ancillary use to the existing two-storey Social Service Centre building, on the site at the above-noted address, consisting of:
- Approximately 800.0 sq. ft.
- Proposed hours of operation:
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm
- Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 4 pm
- To serve clients of “Together We Can” only, (not open to the public)
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
