Wiedemann Architectural Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:
- A two-storey with basement single detached house
- An open parking pad at the rear providing one parking space having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, (formerly RS-5) the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
