Headwater Living Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site, a mixed-use building consisting of:

  • A total of 47 Secured Market Rental units
  • Commercial uses at grade
  • A proposed Height of 13.8 m (45.3 ft.)
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.59
  • One level of underground parking

Under the site’s existing C-2C1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
