The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on June 4, 2024.


Revery Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A new arena (Amphitheatre), consisting of:
    • A floor space ratio (FSR) of .015
    • A gross floor area of 11,795 m² (126,960 sq.ft.)
    • A building height of 29.5 m (96.7 ft.)
    • 10,000 seats

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
