The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on November 15, 2023.
Nearby Projects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and convert this existing single detached house to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing two dwelling units, consisting of:
- A proposed height of approximately 22 ft. / 6.7 m for the Multiple Conversion Dwelling building
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 for the site (approximately 2,445 sq. ft.)
Under the site’s existing RT-6 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
