Measured Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to provide interior and exterior alterations on all three levels to the existing two-storey plus basement single detached house consisting of:
Retain the existing foundation wall, slab and exterior studs
To raise the height of the main floor by 1.0 ft.
Add new sunken patio at front yard including at grade patio
Change the roof line to provide residential tenant improvements
