2920 Highbury St (DP-2022-00891) development application

The Director of Planning has requested you be advised this development application was cancelled on February 8, 2023.

Measured Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to provide interior and exterior alterations on all three levels to the existing two-storey plus basement single detached house consisting of:

• Retain the existing foundation wall, slab and exterior studs
• To raise the height of the main floor by 1.0 ft.
• Add new sunken patio at front yard including at grade patio
• Change the roof line to provide residential tenant improvements

Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
