The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on September 7, 2023.
Peter Rose Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey one-family dwelling with basement and a detached accessory building (garage), at the rear providing three parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane.
