The Director of Planning approved the application on July 19, 2023, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Wiedemann Architectural Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:
- A two-storey, one-family dwelling with basement
- Detached accessory building (garage) at the rear providing three parking spaces and one surface parking, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
