Contoura Architecture Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and a change of use from a single detached house with a secondary suite to a commercial use for a Child Day Care Facility for 28 children, consisting of:
A floor area of approximately 2,115.0 sq. ft.
Proposed hours of operation: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
