MGBA Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and a change of use from the existing Retail and Restaurant Class -1 units to School - Elementary or Secondary on the main floor level of this existing mixed use residential building, consisting of:
- A total floor area of approximately 2,460 sq. ft.
- This space will be an addition to Stratford Hall secondary school next door
- Hours of operation: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Under the site’s existing C-2C1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
