The Director of Planning approved the application on December 22, 2025, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Farrow Partners Architects., has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations to the existing School Building and add a new three-storey School – Elementary or Secondary, consisting of:

  • A total height of approx. 36.5 ft. (11 m) for the new School Building
  • A total Floor Space Ratio 3.0 (approx. 3,707.56 sq. ft.) for buildings

Under the site’s existing C-2C1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
