Bradbury Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter the existing Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing three dwelling units with an existing one-car detached accessory building (garage) consisting of:
A total height of approximately 37.5 ft.
A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.61 (approximately 3,600 sq. ft.)
One parking space existing in the accessory building (garage), having vehicular access from West 6th Avenue
Under the site’s existing RT-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
