3046 W 6th Ave (DP-2021-00841) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on January 26, 2023, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Bradbury Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter the existing Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing three dwelling units with an existing one-car detached accessory building (garage) consisting of:
- A total height of approximately 37.5 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.61 (approximately 3,600 sq. ft.)
- One parking space existing in the accessory building (garage), having vehicular access from West 6th Avenue
Under the site’s existing RT-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
