3075 Arbutus St and 2115 W 15th Ave (DP-2026-00404) development application

Thinkspace Architecture Planning Interior Design has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop a new two-storey Child Day Care Facility for up to 74 children, consisting of:

• A floor area of approximately 7,499.0 sq.ft.
• Hours of operation: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Under the site’s existing RT-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
