Terra Firma Design Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter, add, and convert this existing character one-family dwelling with a secondary suite to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing two dwelling units with a detached accessory building (garage) at the rear, consisting of:
- A total height of approximately 29 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 (approximately 2,760 sq. ft.)
- Two parking spaces in garage, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-8 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
