PR Hastings Limited Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to retain and alter the existing heritage facades and to develop a 12-storey, mixed-use building consisting of:
- Retail and Restaurant use at grade
- 115 Secured Market Rental units
- A proposed floor area of 100,011 sq.ft. (9,291.11 m²)
- A proposed FSR of 8.02
- A proposed height of 107.58 ft. (35.79 m)
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
