319 W 49th Ave (DP-2020-00703) development application

Winston Chong Architects Inc. have applied for permission to the City of Vancouver to develop on the site a four-storey mixed use building with retail on the ground floor and residential on the ground to fourth floors, containing a total of sixty-three market strata dwelling units, with:
- A proposed FSR of 2.28 (49,474 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of 59.38 ft.
- Two levels of underground parking providing a total of 66 parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
