The City of Vancouver has received a request for permission to add, alter and convert the existing single detached Character house to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing two dwelling units with upgrades to achieve the CHBA Net Zero standards design, consisting of:

  • A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.6 (approximately 3,540 sq. ft.) for the site
  • A proposed height of approximately 35 ft.
  • Two parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
