3226 W 51st Ave (DP-2022-00841) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on March 29, 2023, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Southlands Farm has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-and-half-storey, single detached house with a caretaker dwelling unit and an attached garage, at this site, consisting of:
- A total height of approximately 35 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.1 (approximately 6,300 sq. ft.)
- Three parking spaces, having vehicular access from West 51st Avenue
Under the site’s existing RA-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
