Smallworks has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to convert and retain the existing Character Single Detached House to a Single Detached House with a secondary suite (Building 1) and to develop a two-storey infill Single Detached House (Building 2) at the rear portion of the site, consisting of:
A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.25 (approximately 792 sq. ft.)
A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.85 for the site (approximately 2,676 sq. ft.)
A proposed height of approximately 23.11 ft.
Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
