The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on November 2, 2022.


Marcon W42 Properties Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop:

  • An 18-storey building and a partial one-storey common amenity
  • A total of 215 secured market residential units, including 45 below market (moderate income) rental units
  • A maximum building height of 60 m (197 ft.)
  • A total floor area of 12,750.66 m² (137,247 sq. ft.)
  • Three levels of underground parking with 102 vehicle parking spaces
  • 400 Class A bicycle parking spaces

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.
