We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 325-341 W 42nd Ave. The proposal is to allow for the development of an 18-storey residential building. The zoning would change from RS-1 (Residential) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal includes:

  • 215 rental units (including 40 below market rental units)
  • Floor space ratio (FSR) of 6.82
  • Total floor area 12,160.45 sq. m (130,894 sq. ft.)
  • Maximum building height of 60.0 m (197 ft.)
  • A partial 19th storey common amenity space
  • Three levels of underground parking with 97 vehicle parking spaces and 400 Class A bicycle parking spaces

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.

In response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), an extended online question and answer (Q&A) period was held in place of an in-person open house for this project.
