325-343 W 41st Ave (DP-2023-00175) development application

Cambie 41st West Limited Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site a 10-storey multiple dwelling use building, with:
- 90 secure market rental residential units
- 11 Moderate Income Rental Housing dwelling
- A total floor area of 6,146 m² (66,155 sq.ft.)
- A total FSR of 5.21
- Three levels of underground parking
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, to be approved by Council, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
