The Director of Planning approved the application on July 12, 2023, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Cambie 41st West Limited Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site a 10-storey multiple dwelling use building, with:

  • 90 secure market rental residential units
  • 11 Moderate Income Rental Housing dwelling
  • A total floor area of 6,146 m² (66,155 sq.ft.)
  • A total FSR of 5.21
  • Three levels of underground parking

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, to be approved by Council, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
