Third Space Properties Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:

  • 172 rental units
  • With 20% of residential floor area for below market rental units
  • Floor area of 11,828 m² (127,319 sq.ft.)
  • Height of 54.4m (180 ft.)
  • Three levels of underground parking accessed from the lane
  • 316 bike stalls


Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
