The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on March 24, 2025.

Architelier Architecture & Real Estate Consulting Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to install an outdoor seating area, to be used in conjunction with the restaurant at this Commercial Building on this site, consisting of:

• Approximately 178 sq. ft.
• Proposed hours of operation: 4 pm to 11 pm, everyday

Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
