Bouthouse Designs Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a one-family dwelling with an attached garage, consisting of:

Review of design guidelines applicable to one and two family dwellings in this district has been streamlined, as per the Council report of June 8, 2021, as a temporary measure for one year. On June 7, 2022, Council extended the streamlined review process for an additional two years.
