Gradual Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey triplex multiple dwelling building containing a total of three dwelling units and one lock-off unit, consisting of:
- Total Floor Space Ratio of 0.9 for the site (approximately 4,114 sq. ft.)
- Proposed height of approximately 35.1 ft.
- Three parking spaces provided having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-7AN zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
