3329-3429 W 41st Ave and 5649-5683 Blenheim St (DP-2024-00563) development application

The Director of Planning approved the application on September 11, 2024, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter, revised Site plan and Landscape plan under "Application documents"

Intracorp Projects Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop one six-storey institutional building, containing 228 care units.

The proposal includes the following:

• Height of 27.4 m (89.8 ft.)
• Total FSR of 2.70
• One level of underground parking with vehicular access form the rare lane

This proposal is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 rezoning, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
