Intracorp Projects Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop one six-storey institutional building, containing 228 care units.

The proposal includes the following:

  • One level of underground parking with vehicular access form the rare lane

This proposal is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 rezoning, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
