Hearth Architectural Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to provide interior and exterior alterations and a change of use from existing Wholesale Class A to a 122 capacity Child Daycare Facility on the 5th floor, in this existing building, consisting of:

• A floor area of approximately 11,413.0 sq.ft.
• Hours of operation: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
