The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on September 29, 2023.


BC Home Drafting and Consulting Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform addition/ alterations to the existing two-and-a-half-storey plus basement one-family dwelling, consisting of:

  • A proposed FSR of 0.42 (approximately 3,860 sq. ft.)

Note: This development permit is in addition to the approved Development Permit (DP-2019-00311) which was issued on June 30, 2021.

Under the site’s existing FSHCA zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
