A proposed total Floor Space Ratio of 0.9 for the site (approximately 4,104 sq.ft.) for the site
A proposed height of approximately 35.1 ft.
Three parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-7AN zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
