The Director of Planning approved the application on December 16, 2024, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Intracorp Vanness Limited Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:
- A 30-storey (west tower) plus mechanical and amenity levels above, and a 33-storey (east tower) plus mechanical and amenity levels above, with a five-storey mixed-use podium
- A total of 679 below market and secure market rental units
- Approximately 429,000 sq.ft. of residential floor space and approximately 7,700 sq. ft. of commercial space; 37-space childcare facility
- Four levels of underground parking having vehicular access from the existing lane
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
