Architelier Architecture & Real Estate Consulting Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to change the use from Office to Childcare Facility for 95 children, in this existing mixed-use building, consisting of:
- A Floor Area of approximately 7,511.0 sq. ft.
- Hours of operation: 7 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday
Under the site’s existing CD-1(136) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
