Wesgroup Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a three-strorey Community Centre, consisting of:

  • A 74 space childcare facility
  • Building height of 15.5 m
  • Over one level of underground parking

Under the site’s existing CD-1 (567) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
