The City of Vancouver has received a request for permission to develop a two-storey duplex on this site, consisting of:
- A total floor space ratio of 0.60 (approximately 2,422 sq. ft.)
- A total height of approximately 31.33 ft.
- A detached garage providing two parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
