The Director of Planning approved the application on September 10, 2024, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Wesgroup Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver under a Pre-Development Permit (PDP) for permission to develop on this site a 9-storey and a 23-storey plus amenity level, mixed-use residential buildings, consisting of:

  • 298 dwelling units
  • Commercial at grade
  • Proposed FSR of 5.76
  • Over four levels of parking

Under the site’s existing CD-1 (567) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, requires the decision of Director of Planning.
