The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on September 25, 2025.
Leyland Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter the existing single detached Heritage house and to develop a new two-storey with basement accessory building with conservatory area at the rear of the site, consisting of:
- Proposed floor area of approximately 3,768 sq. ft. for the accessory building
- Proposed height of approximately 28 ft. for the accessory building
- Two parking spaces, having vehicular access from the Osler street
Under the site’s existing FSD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
