35 W Cordova St (DP-2026-00198) development application

RAAF Projects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and to change the use from Retail to Neighbourhood Public House on the ground floor of this existing mixed-use building (east tower) on this site, consisting of:

• A floor area of approximately 1,535.0 sq.ft.
• Hours of Operation:
  • 9 am to 2 am, Sunday to Thursday
  • 9 am to 3 am, Friday and Saturday

Under the site’s existing HA-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
