352 E 16th Ave (DP-2026-00254) development application

McKinley Studios has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to on develop this site, consisting of:

• An aluminum fence and gate along the front property line
• Approximately 17 ft. wide and 6 ft. high fence between the existing hedges

Under the site’s existing RT-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
