m+ Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations and a change of use from General Office to Child Daycare Facility for 45 children, ages 30 months to 5 years, in this existing mixed-use building, consisting of:
- A floor area of approximately 2,440.0 sq. ft.
- Hours of operation: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Under the site’s existing CD-1(162) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
