The Director of Planning approved the application on December 11, 2023, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Wesgroup Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop an 18-storey and adjacent five-storey, mixed-use building containing a combined 185 dwelling units and five commercial units at grade, and a six-storey building with 54 secured market rental units.

The proposal includes the following:

  • Height of 58.7 m
  • FSR of 3.51 (19,245 m²)
  • Three levels of underground parking having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing CD-1 (566) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted, however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
